REFUND AND RETURN POLICY – UK CUSTOMERS

At Bella Vita Luxury, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We want your shopping experience to be seamless and joyful. This policy outlines how refunds, returns and cancellations work for our customers in the United Kingdom, keeping in mind the legal parameters and regulations.

Refund and Return Policy

• We truly hope you love everything you order from us. However, if something doesn’t feel right, we're here to help. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. This is your 'cooling-off period' granted under the concerned laws. 

• This cancellation right is not applicable where the return is happening due to the reasons namely- hygiene reasons, unsealed or used products (especially personal care and beauty items), personalized items, Items that by their nature cannot be returned or are perishable or have a short shelf life. This shall not restrict the rights in case, the goods received are in faulty condition or not as described. 

How to Request a Refund or Return

• Please write to us at care@bellavitaluxury.uk with your order number and the issue you’ve faced. Attaching pictures or a video is helpful, especially for any claims of leakage, damage or incorrect items.

• If the parcel seems tampered with or visibly damaged, we suggest refusing to accept it from the delivery partner. Then, let us know as soon as you can.

• If your order shows as delivered but hasn’t reached you, please contact us within 3 days. We’ll check with our delivery partners and help you out.

• If the item is being returned because you've changed your mind, you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.

• If you have already received your order, you must return the product to us unopened and unsealed, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your cancellation. Please retain the item in your possession and take reasonable care of it before returning it.

Refund Timelines

We will issue your refund promptly, and no later than:

  • 14 days after we receive the returned product; or

  • 14 days after you provide evidence that you sent the product back, whichever is sooner.

If the product has not yet been delivered or we agree to collect it, we will refund you within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

Patch Testing

• Our products contain natural extracts and active ingredients. We always advise a patch test before full application. Refunds are not applicable for adverse reactions unless the product is faulty.

Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Please email us at care@bellavitaluxury.uk

• If your cancellation request comes after payment but before dispatch, a £X gateway charge will be deducted from the refund.

• If the order is already shipped and you choose to reject or return it, a flat £X fee may be deducted from your refund to cover handling and return costs.

As a consumer, you have legal rights regarding faulty or misdescribed products. These rights are not affected by this policy. 

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund. We may delay the refund until we receive the returned product or you provide proof that it has been sent—whichever comes first.
